About the engagement
MetricOwl provides scoped Data + AI workflow transformation services. The website describes our approach and illustrative workflows; it does not promise a particular business result.
Your inquiry
Submitting the form allows us to review your workflow and contact you. It does not book a meeting, start an engagement or authorize a charge. Please provide accurate information and only information you are authorized to share.
Scope and commercial terms
Every paid engagement requires a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees, ownership, data access, support and cancellation. The 4–8 week sprint duration is an indicative range for bounded work, not a universal delivery guarantee.
Existing commitments
The previous software and pilot offers are closed to new business. The redesign does not cancel or modify any existing customer agreement, billing or cancellation commitment, privacy obligation or previously agreed free-tier commitment. Historical terms remain applicable to the engagements for which they were agreed.
Website use
Do not submit confidential customer data through the inquiry form, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website. Your data remains yours. Data handling is described in our privacy policy and, for paid work, the separate engagement agreement.
Changes and contact
Existing commitments to give at least 30 days’ notice of material service-term changes remain unchanged. For questions, use the workflow form and identify your request as a terms question, or email legal@metricowl.ai.
