Lead Outcome Review pilot

The pilot is an assisted service: $199 USD for 30 days, one end-client account, up to 200 unique lead records and four weekly reviews. Submitting the interest form does not create an account, reserve a start date or charge you. We confirm fit, inputs, scope, start date and cancellation and refund terms by email before requesting payment through Stripe. Continuation at $199/month requires a separate agreement; the pilot does not renew automatically.

The agency provides authorized exports and a client-side owner who can confirm missing outcomes. The agency approves briefs before client delivery. The pilot does not include ad management or guarantee sales results. Existing software accounts remain subject to their agreed plans; the software provisions below do not create a free offer for this pilot.

Service description

MetricOwl is a SaaS tool that automates Weekly Business Review preparation. The service reads metrics from your connected data sources, detects changes, nudges owners for explanations, and compiles briefs delivered via Slack.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MetricOwl complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptable use

MetricOwl is intended for business metric tracking and review automation. You agree not to use the service to: process sensitive personal data (PII, PHI) without appropriate safeguards, attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the service, or exceed the usage limits of your plan.

Data and privacy

Your data remains yours. MetricOwl accesses your data sources via read-only connections and stores only metric snapshots and owner responses. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services (Slack, Google Sheets, etc.).

Billing and cancellation

For existing software subscriptions, paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Previously agreed free-tier commitments remain unchanged.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
