Privacy Policy
Consulting inquiries
We collect the work email, company, workflow description, contact consent and submission time you provide. We use them to review your request and contact you about it. Please do not include confidential information or customer records in this form. Submitting a request does not create an account or authorize a payment.
Storage and access
Vercel hosts this website and Supabase stores inquiries. Inquiry records are restricted to authorized operational access; they are not publicly readable. Before any paid work, we agree the authorized data, system access and retention requirements with the client.
Website measurement
We record page loads, CTA clicks and form starts using a random identifier, approved public page paths, limited traffic-source and referrer categories, and timestamps. We keep the first landing page and traffic category while you navigate within this tab. A saved inquiry can be associated with that identifier to understand the request path. Analytics events do not include form contents, email addresses, IP addresses or full referring URLs. Custom measurement uses no cookies. Limited attribution is stored in this browser tab with a 30-minute inactivity expiry and is cleared when the tab is closed. We do not store search terms, full referring URLs or arbitrary URL parameters. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control; inquiries submitted with either enabled have no visit identifier or traffic attribution. Vercel Web Analytics provides separate aggregate measurements, and hosting providers may process request metadata.
Your data and your rights
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. You can request access, export or deletion by contacting us. Existing account-deletion commitments, including removal of associated account data within 30 days, remain unchanged. Historical records are kept separately from new consulting inquiries and remain subject to their existing privacy commitments.
Existing customer records
The previous reporting product is closed to new users. This redesign does not change the privacy commitments made for historical accounts, their connected services or their data. Existing agreements continue to govern those records.
