Paid-pilot requests

When you request a Lead Outcome Review pilot, we store your email address, the request source and the submission time in Supabase. We use this to respond to your request and check whether the pilot is a fit. The form does not collect client lead records, payment details or create an account. Vercel hosts the website and capture endpoint; a Supabase Edge Function saves the request. No payment is taken when you join the interest list. Contact us below to request removal.

Before a paid engagement starts, we agree which exports are needed and how they will be shared, accessed and retained. Do not send client lead data through the public interest form. The sections below also describe the existing MetricOwl reporting software.

Website measurement and demo

We measure page loads, pilot-button clicks, form starts, errors, request acknowledgements and interactions with the synthetic demo. These events contain a random identifier for this page load, a limited traffic-source category, the page version and a timestamp. Our event table does not contain your email, IP address, form contents, client lead data or full referring URLs. The identifier stays in page memory; this measurement does not set cookies or use browser storage. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for these custom events. Hosting providers may separately process request metadata.

The demo uses fictional records. Your demo selections remain in this page and reset when you reload. No CRM is connected and no message is sent. We also use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate website usage. Contact us with questions about measurement.

What we collect

MetricOwl collects the minimum data necessary to operate the service: metric values from your connected data sources, owner responses to nudges, and basic account information (email, Slack workspace ID). We do not collect or store raw data from your dashboards — only the extracted metric values.

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the MetricOwl service: scanning metrics, detecting changes, sending nudges, and compiling weekly briefs. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., Slack API for message delivery).

Data storage and security

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use read-only connections to your data sources wherever possible. Dashboard screenshots taken for AI extraction are processed in memory and not permanently stored.

Third-party services

MetricOwl uses the following third-party services: Slack (message delivery), Google Sheets API (metric reading), Anthropic Claude (AI vision for dashboard extraction), Supabase (database), and AWS (infrastructure). Each service processes only the data necessary for its function.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. When you delete your account, all associated data (metrics, responses, configurations) is permanently removed within 30 days.
